We undertake electrical control upgradation of old CNC machines with Latest CNC systems from Fanuc & Siemens. The activity covers new CNC installation with complete parametrisation, ladder programming. New control panel is designed and manufactured keeping in mind latest trends and safety measures.

The CNC and control panel is then integrated with complete new wiring with the old machine giving the machine a new lease of life. We have undertaken more than 100 varieties of Turning Centres, Machining Centres, VTLs, Boring Machines for system modernization. We have good hand on Gear Cutting machines such as Gear Hobbing, Shaping, Gear Lapers and Testes. Turret Punch presses like Amada and Trumpf is another specialsed job we undertake.

We are proud to undertake large size machines such as VTLs and Boring machines for Complete mechanical overhauling and refurbishing. We have machine rebuilding facility of our own outside Octroi limits to bring in customer's machines. Our team of expert reconditioners, take up the full mechanical reconditioning, design, assembly of the machine. We have in-house manufacturing facility for making required spares and sub assemblies.

We offer our customers Full machine geometry checks to international standards, complete Job trials with application development and on-site installation and services.

SPM Design and manufacturing is one niche ability of our firm. We have successfully developed SPMs for various streams of Industry with varying needs. We have a strong Design team with young dynamic designers working under guidance of people with Industry experience of more than 35 years.
